This website was created in 2008 by myself Scott Chappell as a project to showcase my work as a photographer. I have been passionate about the art of creating photographic images for over four decades and use that experience to produce work that embraces modern technology through digital processing. I relish the challenge of photographing all genres but my greatest enjoyment comes from working with people and the spontaneous capture of an expression or mood. My latest book Thirty Nine can be previewed from the links page on the menu bar. It's a retrospective look at my work covering a four year period from 2007-2011 and is available through the Blurb website. My photographs have been published by Vogue Italia and I'm proud to say I'm the only UK photographer from worldwide submissions to have my work published in a book by Sensual Photography.
